Dr. Marta Wołoszyn-Juszczyk is a law graduate of the Krakow Academy of Andrzej Frycz-Modrzewski, as well as post-graduate studies in Medical Law and Bioethics at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. He is also a Master of Journalism and Social Communication at the Jagiellonian University.

Since 2014, she has been an attorney at law, registered with the District Bar Council in Kraków, where she passed the bar exam. Since then, he has been cooperating with the Law Firm.

Marta Wołoszyn-Juszczyk is a doctor of law at the Jagiellonian University, after defending her doctorate on disability pension.

Earlier academic experience she gained, among others in the District Prosecutor’s Office in Krakow, the District Court – Town Department for Krakow – Krowodrza, the Road Traffic Department of the City Police Headquarters in Krakow, the Salwator Housing Company, at the Jolanta Helowicz Law Firm in Świebodzin, and professional also at the Radosław Trybulec Law Office in Krakow.

He specializes in areas of law such as criminal law, labor and social security law, family and guardianship law, inheritance law, copyright law, press law and medical law; incl. it is in these areas that he provides legal services.

He speaks German, English and Spanish.
